John Adams and Donna Lipman will perform John Denver's music at the Acoustic Cafe on Historic Sixth Street in the heart of Downtown Austin. Both performers have wonderful voices and perform John's songs in a truly beautiful manner.
The Acoustic Cafe is a non-smoking establishment with a full food and beverage menu, with many meals under $10. Vegetarian entrees are available. Due to the early hour of the show, you will want to enjoy your dinner and drinks while enjoying the concert. The venue is located within minutes of the Austin Nature Center. Parking is available right across the street.
Tickets are available in advance or at the door at a cost of $10* per person. Seating is limited, so we encourage you to purchase tickets early. Purchase advance tickets by mailing your check for $10/person, along with your name, address, and phone number, to: John Denver Memorial, PO Box 2663, Austin TX 78768-2663. Tickets for orders received after April 10th will be held at the door. No refunds. Unreserved seating. Proceeds will benefit the animals that live at the Austin Nature and Science Center.
