A celebration to dedicate the memorial will be held at the Austin Nature and Science Center. Activities and displays throughout the Nature Center will feature recorded and live performancees of John's music, special events, and a dedication ceremony which will begin at 2:00 p.m. Please arrive early. Admission is free.
A Tribute Concert celebrating John Denver's music, themed "Life is So Good," will be held in the evening at the Acoustic Cafe. John Adams and Donna Lipman will perform. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. and the show starts at 6:00. Admissions is $10/person. A dinner menu and drinks are available for purchase. We hope you will eat here while enjoying the show. Tickets are available at the door or in advance. Seating is limited.
